SAME-SEASON CROSS-PRODUCT SUBSET SHIPPED INSIDE THIS PRODUCT (EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.5). THIS IS NOT A PRIOR-SEASON BLOCK AND THE DISTINCTION IS DELIBERATE: tcdb titles it "2023-24 Panini Impeccable - 2023-24 Panini Private Signings", double-dating the subset with its own product name, which is the same marker tcdb uses for the prior-season blocks but with THIS season's date - so it is a 2023-24 block from a different Panini product distributed in Impeccable packs, not an Impeccable set. Rows render as "PS-AIV Allen Iverson AU", "PS-ANT Anthony Edwards AU", "PS-GAR Kevin Garnett AU" - the "PS-" prefix belongs to the Panini Private Signings programme, not to any Impeccable set in this release. Neither checklistcenter nor checklistinsider lists it under Impeccable. It is listed here because EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.5 says to list a set a source files here and flag it, and because impeccable-bkb-2021-22 set the precedent for cross-product blocks by listing its two 2020-21 Spectra and Award-Winning rows; it is flagged because a consumer counting Impeccable's own sets must be able to exclude it. EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.1's brand-identity rule governs release-level product_name and is not engaged by a subset row, so no brand question arises. Card-level checklists are out of scope for this pass. This set has a recorded count of 9, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
