PER-CARD VARIABLE RUN, SO print_run AND serial_numbered ARE UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN AND THE CENSUS IS HERE RATHER THAN A MODAL TOKEN (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3, CAV-050). This tier is PROVABLY serial numbered - every row carries a serial token - and its own rows disagree. Distinct token set measured over the 48 rows this sid rendered: {SN5, SN10, SN16, SN25} - SN25 on most rows, SN10 on eleven, SN5 on five and SN16 on exactly one. COVERAGE IS NOT COMPLETE and is stated as a row count rather than implied: 48 of the 60 rows the header claims. Writing the modal 25 would have been a confident false value on at least seventeen rows. See G-007 and G-015. The parent's Inserts.cfm Notes column carries image-completion percentages on 39 of 39 rows with zero blanks and zero serial statements in any format, so the CAV-036 both-directions split test is UNRUNNABLE on this parent and licensed nothing; this figure came from a row-level token sweep inside the tier's own sid. https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/139699/2016-17-Panini-Limited . CHANNEL DELIBERATELY NOT ASSIGNED: no source states a channel for THIS parallel. The only channel sentences reachable are product-level - cardboardconnection's "Each hobby box contains two relics or autographed relics." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-limited-basketball-cards) and Panini America's own first-look post, "When Panini America's 2016-17 Limited Basketball arrives in hobby shops across North America in late January..." (https://blog.paniniamerica.net/panini-america-provides-detailed-first-look-at-2016-17-limited-basketball-gallery/). Neither names a parallel and neither claims exclusivity, so per CAV-010 and EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3 channel=UNKNOWN with channel_basis EMPTY and channel_confidence empty. See G-009.
