THIS SET HAS NO SID OF ITS OWN ON tcdb. It is filed inside the PARENT checklist as the numbered block 101-140, every row flagged "AU, MEM, RC, SN99" (and additionally EXCH on 105, 136 and 138), which EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3 excludes from base_set_size. https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/139699/2016-17-Panini-Limited?PageIndex=2 . Its 40-card extent is confirmed from its own parallels, which DO have sids: Silver Spotlight (175909) and Platinum Spotlight (175910) each state "Total Cards: 40" and each render all forty rows 101-140. cardboardconnection's own section heading reads "Rookie Jersey Autographs Set Checklist" over "40 cards. Serial Numbered #/99." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-limited-basketball-cards) - so the uniform /99 is DOUBLE-SOURCED, and it is a property of the SET which sets.csv cannot hold; see G-008 and G-013.
