PRIOR-SEASON CROSS-SEASON SUBSET shipped inside this product (EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.5). It is a DIFFERENT season's product on a different numbering scheme and its codes must never be mixed with this release's. It is listed, and not gapped, because a source lists it and because EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.5 requires it: tcdb files it under the 2016-17 National Treasures parent at https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?sort=2 , sid 224086, under the section heading "Insert Sets (180)", and the set name is reproduced VERBATIM from that page INCLUDING its own season prefix (and including tcdb's own singular/plural inconsistency between "Printing Plate" and "Printing Plates") so that a consumer can filter these rows mechanically. This release carries 68 such rows from FIVE other products and THREE other seasons -- 17 groups of four colour plates -- against 20 in nattreasures-bkb-2017-18 and 13 in nattreasures-bkb-2018-19, both of which file them the same way. card_count is left EMPTY (unresolved) rather than guessed: this row rests on the parent enumeration alone and its own page was NOT opened.
