Cards 1-100. Every one of the 100 rows renders the single flag token "SN99" and NO AU, MEM or RC token, while every row numbered past 100 renders AU -- the within-parent positive discriminative test that separates the base run from the three autograph blocks numbered past it. All 100 rows were enumerated across TWO endpoints: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=1 (84 rows, numbers 1-84, where the fetch truncated) and https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=9 and ?PageIndex=10 (numbers 81-100), the two renderings agreeing row for row on the overlapping cards 81-84. Count and run corroborated in words by cardboardconnection: "100 cards. Serial numbered #/99." https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-national-treasures-basketball . Uniformly serial numbered #/99; that figure is a property of the set, is written here in words and never in card_count (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2), and is carried as base_print_run on release.csv. Has its own four-tier colour ladder at tcdb sids 151806-151809, see parallels.csv.
