tcdb sid 151858 renders the heading "2016-17 Panini National Treasures - Material Treasures Signatures" and "Total Cards: 40" at https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/151858/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures ; 40 rows rendered in that fetch. Flag tokens on its rows: "AU", "MEM", "SN99", "SN25", "SN35". Serial numbering is PER-CARD VARIABLE and the distinct serial-token set was ENUMERATED, not sampled: {"SN25", "SN35", "SN99"} over 40 of 40 rendered rows. There is therefore no single print run for this set and nothing is written as one. set_type is "auto" because its own rows carry the AU token; there is no relic value in the enum (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2) and a jersey or patch set that is not signed is an insert. Set inventory backbone: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?sort=2 , section heading "Insert Sets (180)". cardboardconnection independently states "40 cards" for this set at https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-national-treasures-basketball .
