tcdb sid 151872 renders the heading "2016-17 Panini National Treasures - Personalized" and "Total Cards: 75" at https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/151872/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures ; 75 rows rendered in that fetch. Flag tokens on its rows: "AU", "SN1". Every rendered row carries the single serial token "SN1" (75 of 75 rows rendered). set_type is "auto" because its own rows carry the AU token; there is no relic value in the enum (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2) and a jersey or patch set that is not signed is an insert. Set inventory backbone: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?sort=2 , section heading "Insert Sets (180)".
Checklist · not documented
This set has a recorded count of 75, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
