Filed INSIDE the parent checklist as a numbered block past the base run: cards 201-210, contiguous, 10 cards. Every row renders "AU, RC, SN99" -- NO MEM token, which is what distinguishes this block from the two Rookie Patch Autographs blocks below it. It has NO tcdb sid of its own -- Inserts.cfm lists only its four colour parallels (sids 153134-153137) and not the block itself. Its four parallels are the CAV-044 second page: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/153134/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures renders "Total Cards: 10" and card numbers 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, contiguous. Enumerated at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=2 and ?PageIndex=3 and at https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=14, 19 and 20. EXCLUDED from base_set_size under EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3. Count corroborated in words by cardboardconnection "10 cards." https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-national-treasures-basketball . Uniformly #/99 over all 10 rows. Recorded here in words, never in card_count.
