Filed INSIDE the parent checklist as a numbered block past the base run: cards 151-200, of which 184 and 195 are NOT ISSUED, giving 48 cards. It REPEATS the Rookie Patch Autographs roster at a second tier on its own card numbers (card 151 is DeAndre' Bembry, exactly as card 101 is), and every row renders "AU, MEM, RC, SN49" EXCEPT card 186 Dario Saric which renders "SN32". It ALSO has its own tcdb sid 153138: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/153138/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures renders the heading "2016-17 Panini National Treasures - Rookie Patch Autographs Horizontal" with "Total Cards: 48" and all 48 rows, which is an independent set page rather than the parent and therefore satisfies CAV-044 for the two numbers it shows absent. Enumerated at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=2 and ?PageIndex=3 and at https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/148542/2016-17-Panini-National-Treasures?PageIndex=14, 19 and 20. EXCLUDED from base_set_size under EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3. Count corroborated in words by cardboardconnection "48 cards." https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-national-treasures-basketball . NOT uniform: the distinct serial-token set over ALL 48 rows is {"SN49","SN32"} -- a PER-CARD VARIABLE run, so no single print run exists for this set and none is written. cardboardconnection states the same thing in words: "48 cards. Serial numbered #/49. Saric is #/32." https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-national-treasures-basketball . Four readings agree: Gallery ?PageIndex=19 under two different parameterisations, ViewSet.cfm on sid 153138, and cardboardconnection. NOTE this release files Horizontal as its own SET because it occupies its own card-number block and carries its own parallel (Bronze); nattreasures-bkb-2017-18 files the equivalent layer as a PARALLEL of Rookie Patch Autographs, because there it is a b-suffixed variation layer on the same numbers rather than a block of its own. See gap G-008.

This set has a recorded count of 48, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
