tcdb sid 174322 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - All-Decade Memorabilia Signatures" and "Total Cards: 20" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/174322/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-All-Decade-Memorabilia-Signatures ; 20 of 20 rows rendered in that fetch. Serial numbering is PER-CARD VARIABLE and the distinct token set was enumerated rather than sampled: "SN49" x9, "SN25" x11. There is therefore no single print run for this set; nothing is written as one. checklistcenter independently lists this set at 20 cards (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-national-treasures/) -- agreeing with tcdb.
