Parallel of the set "All-Decade Memorabilia Signatures". tcdb sid 174323 renders the heading "2017-18 Panini National Treasures - All-Decade Memorabilia Signatures Bronze" and "Total Cards: 10" at https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/174323/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures-All-Decade-Memorabilia-Signatures-Bronze . The DISTINCT token set was ENUMERATED over all 10 rows, not sampled: "SN25" on all 10 rows -- a single serial token and therefore a real tier-level print run of #/25. No channel is written for this tier. The ONLY channel-bearing evidence anywhere on this product is the single non-blank Inserts.cfm Notes cell "1st Off the Line box exclusive" against the Limited Edition sid (https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/170088/2017-18-Panini-National-Treasures); nothing speaks to this tier, so channel is UNKNOWN and channel_basis is EMPTY rather than promoted from a product-level note (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.3). See gap G-005.
