200 base cards over 100 DISTINCT PLAYERS: every player holds two base cards, a Black and White card and a Color card, at DIFFERENT card numbers. Black and White 1-70 (veterans) and 71-100 (rookies); Color 131-200 (veterans) and 201-230 (rookies). Card numbers 101-130 are NOT base cards: they are the Rookie Patch Autographs block (AU, MEM on every row) and are excluded from base_set_size per EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3, as is Metal Frame at 231-330. All 200 base rows carry the tcdb token SN79. Every number in 1-100 and 131-230 was enumerated directly and rendered exactly once. Roster mirror confirmed by name on enumerated rows, not derived: 1 and 131 Kevin Durant, 35 and 165 Stephen Curry, 45 and 175 Kawhi Leonard, 70 and 200 Jae Crowder, 71 and 201 Brandon Ingram, 100 and 230 Caris LeVert. NO base_card_tiers.csv is written: see gaps G-001, the four ranges do not tile 1..N because the autograph block interrupts them.
