tcdb sid 156666 states Total Cards 28; sportscardchecklist independently states 28 Cards. Uniform MEM, SN10 on all 28 rows rendered, so the set's own print run is /10. The set's own print run cannot be held by sets.csv (no print_run column) -- see G-005. NO BASE TIER EXISTS FOR THIS FAMILY: neither tcdb's Inserts.cfm nor sportscardchecklist's product index carries a plain 'Materials Black and White', 'Materials Color', 'Rookie Materials Black and White' or 'Rookie Materials Color' set, so Patches and Prime are filed as sets in their own right rather than as parallels of an absent parent -- see G-008.
