checklistcenter.com names this the '2022-23 Panini Noir - 2020-21 Update Set', a redemption fulfillment carryover from 2020-21 Noir, described as 'Shadow Signatures variants'. Count (3) is single-source (checklistcenter.com only) -- see gap G-006. Existence and rough content (Shadow Signatures-related) independently corroborated by tcdb.com's ViewSet page, which lists a child set '2020-21 Panini Noir Update II: Shadow Signatures variants' for this product, though tcdb does not give a count.
Checklist · not documented
This set has a recorded count of 3, but the card-by-card checklist is not yet in the catalogue. That's an open research question, not a statement that no checklist exists. If you know a source that documents it, tell us — a pointer to one is exactly what closes these.
