Notes
PRINT RUN NOT SOURCED. tcdb's Inserts.cfm Notes cell for this row carries an image-completion percentage, not a serial statement, and donruss-bkb-2018-19 proved on the sibling 2018-19 Donruss parent that a blank or percentage cell in the INSERT SETS section carries zero information about serial numbering (four insert tiers blank in Notes were row-probed and all four were serial numbered). The blank-annotation test is therefore NOT run on insert scope here, and print_run is UNKNOWN rather than unnumbered. The claim recorded is that this tier EXISTS, nothing more. CHANNEL: Steel City Collectibles names this set among the Fast Break box exclusives. Tier page: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/197392/2018-19-Donruss-Optic-The-Rookies-Fast-Break-Holo .
