Notes

FULL-ROSTER TOKEN SWEEP, never a sample: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/153789/2016-17-Panini-Spectra---Locked-In-Autographed-Memorabilia-Neon-Green states "Total Cards: 26" and renders 26 rows, my own count, so every row of the sid was read. Flag column: AU, MEM, SN25 on all 26 rows. No editorial source enumerates a per-tier print run for any insert or autograph set in this release - cardboardconnection gives only the set-level figure - so this row is single-sourced to tcdb (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-spectra-basketball-cards).
