SET PRINT RUN IS FLAT #/199 and cannot be stored: sets.csv has no print_run column (EXTRACTION_SPEC 2.2), so the figure lives here in words and in gaps.csv. Enumerating all 21 rows gives the distinct token set {AU, MEM, SN199} with SN199 on every row. CONTRADICTION RECORDED, NOT SMOOTHED: this set's own colour tiers render MORE rows than the count above - the largest renders 23 rows on tcdb. card_count is written from the two sources that state a count and agree (tcdb's own base page, header and rendered rows both 21, and cardboardconnection "21 cards. Serial numbered #/199"); the tier overshoot is unexplained and is logged as a gap.
