Notes

Base-set scope, cards 1-100. EVERY one of the 100 rows renders an EMPTY flag column. This sid is base scope only - its header reads "Total Cards: 100", so this tier does NOT extend to the Rookie Jersey Autographs block at 101-135. Enumerated on three endpoints, not sampled: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/179729/2017-18-Panini-Spectra-Silver , https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/179729/2017-18-Panini-Spectra-Silver?PageIndex=1 and https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/179729/2017-18-Panini-Spectra-Silver?PageIndex=10 (plus the other Gallery pages of the tail). The absence is WRITEABLE here because a WITHIN-RELEASE POSITIVE DISCRIMINATIVE TEST exists in both directions: the same renderer prints SN99, SN75, SN49, SN25, SN10, SN9, SN5 and SN1 on the eight numbered base parallels of this release, and the parent https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/172665/2017-18-Panini-Spectra prints nothing on rows 1-100 while printing "AU, MEM, RC, SN299" on rows 101-135 of the same page. cardboardconnection lists this tier with a per-case insertion rate and no serial figure - "PARALLEL CARDS: Silver (2 per case), White Sparkle (1 per case), Neon Blue #/99, Red #/75, Neon Green #/49, Neon Pink #/25, Gold #/10, Wave #/9 (FOTL), Neon Orange #/5, Nebula 1/1." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-spectra-basketball-cards) - and checklistcenter agrees ("Silver (2 Per Case) / White Sparkle (1 Per Case) / Neon Blue #/99 / Red #/75 / Neon Green #/49 / Neon Pink #/25 / Gold #/10 / Wave #/9 / Neon Orange #/5 / Nebula 1/1", https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-panini-spectra/); but an editorial checklist OMITTING a figure is not a statement of fact, so source_confidence is single, resting on the tcdb discriminative test alone. tcdb set inventory: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/172665/2017-18-Panini-Spectra CHANNEL: this is a hobby-only product - steelcitycollectibles product title "2017-18 Panini Spectra Basketball Hobby Box" with "9 cards per pack. 1 pack per box." (https://www.steelcitycollectibles.com/i/2017-18-panini-spectra-basketball-hobby-box), and cardboardconnection "Each hobby box is slated to have: 3 Autographs and 3 Memorabilia" (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-spectra-basketball-cards); checklistcenter describes the same single-pack hobby configuration (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-panini-spectra/). No retail, blaster, mega or international SKU was found for this release by any source consulted, so the channel is a presence claim, not an exclusivity claim.
