Numbered 176-200, continuing the base numbering. Byte-identical 25-card checklist confirmed across two independent sources (cardsmithsbreaks.com, checklistcenter.com): a themed mix of current stars and retired legends under their draft/debut team (e.g. #177 Magic Johnson, #178 Shaquille O'Neal, #180 Yao Ming, #184 Larry Bird, #191 Kevin Durant as Seattle SuperSonics, #194 Tim Duncan, #198 Allen Iverson). Called "the returning Base Spectacular Debut subset" by Panini's own blog (blog.paniniamerica.net) and independently by steelcitycollectibles.com - a "subset" distinct from the base set in the manufacturer's own language. This is the 2023-24 continuation, under a new name, of the insert called "Spectracular Performances" in 2019-20 Spectra and "Spectracular Debut" in 2020-21/2021-22 Spectra (same numbered-continuation pattern, same 25-card count, same trap of editorial sources folding it into a larger claimed base-set total); that set was entirely absent from the 2022-23 Spectra sibling. No SSP/SP/case-hit language found for this subset specifically - not tiered in the scarcity pass.
