Three renderings, one figure. STRUCTURE: cards 1-100 are veterans (no RC token on any) and 101-150 are 50 rookies (RC on every one), read in both directions on two endpoints. THE 2018-19 DUPLICATE-ROOKIE SHAPE DOES NOT RECUR: status-bkb-2018-19 prints its 50 rookies TWICE (101-150 and 151-200, 200 cards over 150 distinct players); here all 150 player names are distinct, checked programmatically over the enumerated file. No base_card_tiers.csv is written: no source names a tier, the run is uniformly unnumbered, and inventing tier names to mirror the successor season would be unsourced.
