THE BASE RUN IS 1-300, CONTIGUOUS, 300 DISTINCT NUMBERS WITH NO DUPLICATE AND NO HOLE, AND IT IS TIERED IN THREE 100-CARD BLOCKS. Enumerated on two endpoints and nine fetches: https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/150641/2016-17-Panini-Studio?PageIndex=1 (76 rows, span 1-76, a clean tail cut), ?PageIndex=2 (79 rows, span 101-179) and ?PageIndex=3 (79 rows, span 201-279) - row count equal to number span on all three, which is the CAV-046 interior-drop tell and it stayed silent - topped up from https://www.tcdb.com/Gallery.cfm/sid/150641/2016-17-Panini-Studio?PageIndex=8&sort=0 and PageIndex 9, 10, 18, 19, 20, 28, 29 and 30, each rendering ten tiles. Every overlap agrees row for row (71-76, 171-179, 271-279). Gallery page 30 ends at card 300 and renders no page-31 link, and the parent states "Total Cards: 300" (https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/150641/2016-17-Panini-Studio), so header and my own row count agree at 300. TIERS, from two independent lineages: Panini America's own first-look post describes "a tiered 300-card base set with card #'s 1-100 featuring action photography, card #'s 101-200 (Studio Edition) featuring portrait-style photography and card #'s 201-300 (Sketch) featuring sketch-art imagery" (https://blog.paniniamerica.net/panini-america-delivers-detailed-first-look-at-2016-17-studio-basketball-gallery/), and cardboardconnection heads three separate base blocks "Base Action Set Checklist", "Base Studio Edition (Portrait) Set Checklist" and "Base Sketch Set Checklist", each stating "100 cards." (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2016-17-panini-studio-basketball-cards). tcdb corroborates the middle boundary independently by flagging EVERY row of 101-200 with the token "SE" and no row of 1-100 or 201-300 with it. See base_card_tiers.csv. EXTRACTION_SPEC 5.3 DOES NOT FIRE AND I CHECKED IT ROW BY ROW RATHER THAN ASSUMING: not one of the 300 rows carries AU, MEM or EXCH on any renderer read, so there is no hidden autograph or memorabilia block past the base run (CAV-045 - I opened the rows past the first 100 and read the flag column rather than reasoning from a header). The only other token in the run is RC, on cards 76-100. The 201-300 block repeats the 1-100 roster card for card and the 176-200 block repeats the 76-100 roster; they are different printed numbers and different designs, not duplicates. Errors.cfm on the parent returns "No errors or variations have been added for this set yet." (https://www.tcdb.com/Errors.cfm/sid/150641/2016-17-Panini-Studio) and I conclude NOTHING from that silence (CAV-020); the clean run rests on the contiguous enumeration above.
