Notes

Set-scope parallel of "Rookie Jersey Autographs", the 35-card block filed inside the parent checklist at cards 101-135 with no sid of its own. THIS TIER HAS NO SID OF ITS OWN EITHER: tcdb files it as rows 101-135 of the BASE parallel sid 179724, so ONE sid carries TWO SCOPES. Reading the sid's header ("Total Cards: 135") as a base-parallel roster would be wrong, and reading the base tier's token as this tier's run would also be wrong. THE TIER'S OWN ROWS DISAGREE - VARIABLE: "AU, MEM, SN99" on 34 rows and "AU, MEM, SN76" on card 109 (De'Aaron Fox), read off https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/179724/2017-18-Panini-Spectra-Neon-Blue?PageIndex=2 - so this is a per-card VARIABLE run, print_run/serial_numbered are UNKNOWN/UNKNOWN, and the finding is carried in gaps.csv. Enumerated across all 35 block rows, not sampled. Source: tcdb only. tcdb set inventory: https://www.tcdb.com/Inserts.cfm/sid/172665/2017-18-Panini-Spectra CHANNEL: this is a hobby-only product - steelcitycollectibles product title "2017-18 Panini Spectra Basketball Hobby Box" with "9 cards per pack. 1 pack per box." (https://www.steelcitycollectibles.com/i/2017-18-panini-spectra-basketball-hobby-box), and cardboardconnection "Each hobby box is slated to have: 3 Autographs and 3 Memorabilia" (https://www.cardboardconnection.com/2017-18-panini-spectra-basketball-cards); checklistcenter describes the same single-pack hobby configuration (https://www.checklistcenter.com/2017-18-panini-spectra/). No retail, blaster, mega or international SKU was found for this release by any source consulted, so the channel is a presence claim, not an exclusivity claim.
